Mirthloom Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, address reviews, inventory checks, or severe weather. Shipping estimates begin after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Available methods are shown at checkout based on the order and delivery address.

• Standard Shipping is available for $4.99.

  Orders of $40.00 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping.

  Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.

  Express Shipping

  Express Shipping is available for $14.99.

  Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas, PO boxes, military addresses, weather events, carrier delays, and peak seasons may require additional time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International availability depends on the destination market and carrier support. Eligible orders may receive live DHL Express or USPS rates at checkout. Rates and available services vary by destination, package size, weight, product restrictions, and carrier rules.

DUTIES, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES
Unless checkout specifically states that duties and taxes are prepaid or included, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country fees. Mirthloom does not control these charges or customs processing times.

TRACKING
Tracking is provided when available after the carrier accepts the shipment. Tracking updates may take time to appear. A shipping confirmation does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

DELAYED, LOST, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Check the tracking details and surrounding delivery area first. If a package appears lost, arrives damaged, or has missing contents, email fiijgvurtk623927@outlook.com with the order number and relevant photos. We will review the issue and work with the carrier where appropriate.
