RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days after your order is delivered. To start a request, email fiijgvurtk623927@outlook.com with your order number, the reason for the request, and clear photos when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
ELIGIBILITY
For a preference-based return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all included tags and materials. We cannot accept items that show use, washing, alteration, misuse, missing tags, or damage not caused by a product defect or shipping issue.
RETURN SHIPPING
For a return based on preference, fit, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If we sent the wrong item, or an item arrives damaged or has a confirmed quality issue, Mirthloom will cover reasonable return or replacement costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.
INSPECTION AND REFUNDS
We will inspect the returned item after it arrives. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method for the eligible amount. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error or a confirmed defect. Financial institutions set their own processing times, so we cannot promise an exact date when the refund will appear in your account.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to request an exchange is to contact us within the 7-day window. Exchanges depend on availability. We may offer a replacement or refund when the requested item is unavailable.
CANCELLATIONS
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or fulfillment has begun.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order promptly after delivery. Report damage, defects, or an incorrect item as soon as possible within the return window. Keep the packaging and provide photos so we can review the issue.
